Shotokan Karate England and Karate London offer a range of Karate classes seven days per week for all ages and abilities in North East London, Chingford, Enfield, Harlow, Barnet, Wanstead, Woodford, Walthamstow, Tring, and many other areas. Our instructors undergo a vigorous and ongoing Karate Instructor training program and examination, which ensures that you get the very best quality coaching and instruction. Our Shotokan Karate Clubs also have regular gradings and courses with Top International Karate Instructors.

I was very pleased to be interviewed and asked to contribute to this excellent series of 4 Shotokan Karate DVDs. The set of 4 is priced at just £20.00 and includes some fabulous archive footage of the early Shotokan Masters. Volume 1. Live film of the early pioneers of Karate; Funakoshi, Okazaki, Nishiyama, Kanazawa, Nakayama, Enoeda, Kase and loads of others.

Volume 2. The introduction of Karate to the UK showing early film of Andy Sherry, Charles Mack, Charlie Naylor plus early film that was broadcast on BBC television featuring Kanazawa, Enoeda, Tomita, and Kawazoe.

We offer you a new start in 2011. Get fit and learn self defence - learn the fascinating art of Shotokan Karate. Children gain confidence and improve their concentration, which in turn helps them with their school work.
Come along for a free trial lesson and give it a try, no obligation, but we know you will like it. Classes are at Southbury Leisure Centre on Wednesdays at 6.00pm and Saturdays at 4.00pm. We also have another class on Saturdays at Edmonton County Lower School in Church St. This class is from 12.00 midday to 1.00pm.

Sports Weekend Karate Displays

Enfield and Edmonton Karate Clubs will be performing their Karate Displays during the Sports Weekend hosted by 'Everyones a Winner'. The displays are on Saturday and Sunday 24th and 25th July, and will take place at Edmonton Lower School in Church St Edmonton.
All club members, parents and friends are invited to come along and watch or take part. The displays start at 1.00pm on both days.

Radiomarathon Summer Fete Saturday 12th June
On behalf of Radiomarathon I would like to say a big thank you to you and everyone in Enfield Karate Club for attending our annual Summer Charity Fete.

The day was very successful, with around 500 people attending and
over £2,000 raised to support the
centre and those with learning
difficulties.

Enfield Karate Club is now accepting new beginners. If you are keen and interested in Karate come along to one of our classes. You can try a FREE Karate class by just arriving 15 minutes before the class time to register. We accept adults and children of 6 years and above.
