Karate Club Championships
The SKE Inter-Club Championships were held on Saturday 7th May. The final was a great event with Tring beating Enfield by 12 points to 10. Well done Tring and all of the contestants who took part.

Shotokan Legacy - The set of 4 DVDs.
I was very pleased to be interviewed and asked to contribute to this excellent series of 4 Shotokan Karate DVDs. The set of 4 is priced at just £20.00 and includes some fabulous archive footage of the early Shotokan Masters. Karate Classes in Enfield
We offer you a new start in 2011. Get fit and learn self defence - learn the fascinating art of Shotokan Karate. Children gain confidence and improve their concentration, which in turn helps them with their school work.
Come along for a free trial lesson and give it a try, no obligation, but we know you will like it. Classes are at Southbury Leisure Centre on Wednesdays at 6.00pm and Saturdays at 4.00pm. We also have another class on Saturdays at Edmonton County Lower School in Church St. This class is from 12.00 midday to 1.00pm.
